Capraia Island

Cape Zenobito

The westernmost point of the island, practically in front of Corsica, extends gently towards the open sea down to 20 meters in depth, then literally drops until it reaches the sand at 50 meters depth.

We are in an area where the currents of the channel between the islands are often strong, and this favors the presence of passing fish such as amberjacks and tuna.

The water is crystal clear as it is almost everywhere in Capraia, but if possible here it reaches its maximum, with visibility that easily exceeds 50 meters and even from the bottom it is possible to admire the sun rays hitting the rocks of the headland, creating very impressive scenery.
