Description

The first cape on the west side of Marciana Marina harbor is Cape Nasuto, a promontory overlooking the sea that goes underwater with a cliff that creates several terraces, allowing us to make the dive with different profiles. The east wall is less vertical and stops about 26 meters deep, the West instead begins with a sweet landslide of boulders up to about 20 meters and then steeply plunging to more than 40 m, offering an impressive drop off from where you can observe numerous pelagic species swim in the blue, in particular schools of snappers and a few lone barracuda. Being the very long wall, usually it runs only a part to the greater depth and then up following the rock terraces during the return, for this reason, the point is suitable to perform at least 2 dives to be visited completely.
